You can set cross-overs, gains, Bass Boost all on the Basslink and we even ran the Dial (max/Min) under the steering wheel. Anyways, grounded the Basslink to the central ground in the back. Not to hard, just don't mess up the plastic tabs. For sound, you can either run RCA cables, or splice into the speaker wires, so we took out the back seats and panels and spliced into those. Now, using a little testing we figured out some open fuse slots only get power once the ignition is on, hence we ran an in-line fuse to the power. (My Grandfather is an electrical engineer so don't call me crazy here.)įirst, ran a (12gauge?) or something similar from the Basslink to my side panel fuse box in the passenger compartment.
